🔢予約の方の診察を優先しておりますが、病気の重症度により順番が前後することもあり、予約時間通りに進まないこともあります。当院は完全予約制ではありませんので、お待ちいただくことはあっても、急な発熱や腹痛、嘔吐など急性疾患の診療を随時行っております。混雑時や診察終了間際など、やむを得ず対応できない際はご容赦ください。Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
📋If this is your first visit to our clinic, we kindly ask you to fill out a medical questionnaire in advance. By bringing the completed form with you, your check-in will be smoother and waiting time can be reduced. You may also fill it out at the clinic, but advance preparation is appreciated.

🗨️For information on how to make an appointment, please refer to "Medical Appointment" (shown above). If you have any questions, please call 018-831-3012 or contact the outpatient desk. Since our reception clerks are not very good at speaking English, it would be more reliable if you visit our clinic directly and talk to the doctor if you have any questions. Feel free to use a translation app to share your symptoms with the nursing staff before your consultation.

Before you come to our clinic for the first time, please print out questionnaire and fill it out and submit it to the receptionist at the time of your visit. It will help you reduce the waiting time at our clinic to fill out the questionnaire.

🧼 Our clinic has 3 consultation rooms, 2 waiting rooms, and a treatment room.
• Patient flow is separated.
• Patients with vaccinations or infant checkups wait in a different room from those with fever, cough, or cold symptoms.
•When the waiting area becomes crowded with patients, we may ask you to wait in your car until your turn.

We work closely with other hospitals in the city.
If hospitalization is needed, we consult with families and refer to secondary hospitals such as Akita Red Cross Hospital, Akita City General Hospital, Nakadori Hospital, or Akita Kousei Medical Center. Depending on the condition, we may refer to Akita University Hospital.
