📱 How to choose the right online appointment slot
At our clinic, appointment slots are divided by consultation type in order to reduce waiting time and to provide health checkups, vaccinations, tests, and consultations safely.
If you are unsure which slot to choose, or if your desired reservation slot is unavailable, please book a slot with similar content or select "General Consultation." We will make adjustments within the clinic according to your needs.
📅 For consultations that require tests or special preparation, we may not be able to perform them on the same day depending on doctor and staff availability. In such cases, we may ask you to come on another day.
General consultation
Please use this appointment slot for the following:
🔸 Sudden symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain
🔸 Regular consultations such as eczema, constipation, or continuation of medication
🔸 Vaccinations for children age 3 and older, such as Japanese encephalitis, pre-school vaccines, DT vaccine, HPV vaccine, and optional vaccines
🔸 Health checkups required for nursery school enrollment or routine nursery school checkups
🔸 Brief review of test results only
📌For initial consultations regarding allergic diseases (atopic dermatitis, food allergies, allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma), prescriptions for EpiPen® or Nufy®, skin tests, consultations on sublingual immunotherapy, consultations on nocturnal enuresis, anemia testing, various antibody titer tests (measles, rubella, mumps, varicella, tuberculosis, hepatitis B, etc.), initial acne prescriptions, initial consultations for underarm and hand sweating, obesity testing, etc., please use "Consultation/Specialty Clinic" for detailed explanations of results and future treatment plans.
🔸For the 2-week check-up, 1-month check-up, vaccinations for 0-year-olds, 1-year-old vaccinations, and 1-year-6-month vaccinations, please use "Infant Health Check-ups and Vaccinations."
👶 Infant Health Checkups / Vaccinations
Please use this appointment slot for the following:
🔸 Two-week checkups and one-month checkups
🔸 Infant health checkups and vaccinations for babies under 1 year old
🔸 Two-month and three-month vaccinations, and four-month checkups with vaccinations
🔸 BCG vaccination, seven-month checkups, and ten-month checkups
🔸 Consultations for newborn babies soon after discharge or young infants
🔸 Consultations about breastfeeding, weight gain, jaundice, bowel movements, or the umbilical cord area
The 2-week checkup is a self-pay service and costs 2,000 yen.
If medication is needed for symptoms such as eczema, the visit may be handled as a regular medical consultation.

If your child has sudden symptoms such as fever, a new concern, worsening symptoms, or you would like to discuss changing medication, please use the “General Consultations / Vaccinations for Children Age 3 and Older” slot.
If you would like pulmonary function testing or allergy testing, please use the “Consultation / Specialized Outpatient Clinic” slot.

Since our reception clerks are not very good at speaking English, it would be more reliable if you visit our clinic directly and talk to the doctor if you have any questions. Feel free to use a translation app to share your symptoms with the nursing staff before your consultation.

Before your first visit to our clinic, please print out the questionnaire, fill it out, and submit it to the receptionist when you arrive. Completing the questionnaire in advance will help reduce your waiting time at the clinic.

• Patient flow is separated.

We work closely with other hospitals in the city.
If hospitalization is needed, we consult with families and refer to secondary hospitals such as Akita Red Cross Hospital, Akita City General Hospital, Nakadori Hospital, or Akita Kousei Medical Center. Depending on the condition, we may refer to Akita University Hospital.
If we determine that treatment in another specialty is more appropriate, we may recommend or refer you to departments such as dermatology, urology, orthopedics, pediatric surgery, otolaryngology, or ophthalmology.
