The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has set the regular vaccination period for COVID-19 vaccines from October 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
At our hospital, COVID-19 vaccinations will be administered from October 1 (Tuesday) to March 31, 2025 (Monday), and seasonal influenza vaccinations are scheduled until December 28 (Saturday).
Target audienceResidents of Akita City who meet the following criteria:
1. Those aged 65 and over on the date of vaccination
② Those aged 60 to 64 on the vaccination date who have disabilities in heart, kidney, or respiratory function, or immunodeficiency due to Human Immunodeficiency Virus, equivalent to Grade 1 of the Physical Disability Certificate.
Note: For option ②, please bring documents such as a copy of your "Disability Certificate" to the medical institution when receiving the vaccination, along with documents that show your name, disability name, and grade.
