We have started accepting reservations for influenza vaccinations. The vaccination period is from Tuesday, October 1st to Saturday, December 28th.Book from HP Please come to the clinic. As a general rule, we do not accept appointments by phone. For any questions, please inquire at the reception desk.
The cost is 3500 yen per dose, administered by a doctor. The second dose is optional for individuals aged 12 years and 10 months or older at the time of their first vaccination. It can be administered concurrently with other vaccines. Individuals aged 13 and older will receive one dose, while those aged 12 and younger will receive two doses with an interval of 2 to 4 weeks between them.
For those 12 and under who wish to receive two doses at our clinic, please make reservations for both doses by the final vaccination date (December 28, 2024). Please note that even if you make a reservation for the first dose, you may not be able to receive the vaccination if the reservation slots are full or if there is a vaccine shortage when you make your subsequent reservation.
To reduce waiting times and avoid crowding within the clinic, please print the pre-examination form below, fill in all items except for your temperature, and bring it with you on the day of your appointment.
A pre-examination form is also available at the reception. Printing the instructions is not necessary, but please read them before your vaccination.
