At our clinic, appointment slots are divided by consultation type in order to reduce waiting time and to provide health checkups, vaccinations, tests, and consultations safely.
📌 If you are not sure which slot to choose, or if the appointment slot you want is not available, please book the closest applicable slot, or choose “General Consultation / Vaccinations for Children Age 3 and Older.” We will adjust the details at the clinic as needed.
📅 For consultations that require tests or special preparation, we may not be able to perform them on the same day depending on doctor and staff availability. In such cases, we may ask you to come on another day.
🩺 General Consultations / Vaccinations for Children Age 3 and Older
Please use this appointment slot for the following:
Sudden symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain
🔸 Regular check-ups for eczema, constipation, medication continuation, etc.
🔸 Japanese encephalitis, preschool vaccinations, DTaP-IPV, HPV, optional vaccinations, and other immunizations after age 3
Nursery School Entrance and Regular Health Examinations
🔸 For simple confirmation of test results only
If you would like a detailed consultation about test results or future treatment plans, such as food allergies, orthostatic dysregulation, or obesity-related testing, please use the “Consultation / Specialized Outpatient Clinic” slot.
For two-week checkups, one-month checkups, vaccinations for infants under 1 year old, one-year-old vaccines, and 18-month vaccines, please use the “Infant Health Checkups / Vaccinations” slot.
👶 Infant Health Checkups / Vaccinations
Please use this appointment slot for the following:
2-week check-up, 1-month check-up
🔸 0-Year-Old Infant Health Check-ups and Vaccinations
2-month, 3-month, and 4-month well-child checkups + vaccinations
BCG, 7-month checkup, 10-month checkup
🔸 1-year-old vaccine, 1 year 6 months vaccine
🔸 Consultations for newborns and young infants soon after discharge from the hospital
Consultation regarding breastfeeding, weight, jaundice, stools, and the condition of the umbilical cord.
Two-week checkups are not covered by insurance and cost 2,000 yen.
If medication is needed for symptoms such as eczema, the visit may be handled as a regular medical consultation.
Please bring your Maternal and Child Health Handbook.
🌿 Consultation / Specialized Outpatient Clinic
Please use this appointment slot for the following:
For those consulting for the first time about food allergies, atopic dermatitis, asthma, rhinitis, conjunctivitis, etc.
If symptoms such as fever or cough persist for more than two weeks despite treatment
First consultation for orthostatic dysregulation, obesity examination, and nocturnal enuresis.
🔸 Initial Consultation for Hand and Underarm Sweating
Consultations regarding documents such as the allergy lifestyle management guidance form to be submitted to kindergartens and schools.
Multiple consultations
🔸 Pulmonary function tests, exhaled nitric oxide test, blood allergy tests, and skin prick tests
Food oral challenge test
🔸 First dose of sublingual immunotherapy
Depending on the details of the consultation, tests may not be performed on the same day, and we may ask you to come on another day.
🌿 Brief Follow-up / Medication Refills
Please use this appointment slot for the following:
For those with stable symptoms
🔸 Continued prescription for the same medication as last time only.
🔸 Regular follow-up for sublingual immunotherapy
🔸 Routine follow-ups for conditions like atopic dermatitis, asthma, rhinitis, and constipation
If your child has sudden symptoms such as fever, a new concern, worsening symptoms, or you would like to discuss changing medication, please use the “General Consultations / Vaccinations for Children Age 3 and Older” slot.
If you would like pulmonary function testing or allergy testing, please use the “Consultation / Specialized Outpatient Clinic” slot.
