• For those over 65, as a 5-year transitional measure, individuals in 5-year age increments (70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, and 100 years old) are eligible; however, for those aged 100 and over, everyone is eligible for fiscal year 2025 only.
• Vaccines used: 1. Live attenuated varicella vaccine (hereinafter "live vaccine") 2. Recombinant zoster vaccine (hereinafter "recombinant vaccine")
