How to make an appointment
(1) Select a menu.
(2) Select a convenient time slot from the white frame of the calendar and click on it.
→ proceed to the confirmation of the contents and reservation→ an explanation of what to bring on the day will appear on the screen.
Confirm the details such as precautions and usage time, enter the reservation information → make a reservation→ proceed to confirm→ confirm the reservation details→ agree to the above and confirm the reservation→ the reservation application completion screen will appear.
(3) Selection of booking details
Choose a menu
(You will receive an e-mail from 3)reservation@airrsvb.net with the subject line "[Ishida Pediatric Clinic] confirmation of reservation details" to the e-mail address where you applied for the reservation.)
(4) You will receive a reminder email one day before your appointment.
